Democrat Whip James Clyburn (SC) appeared today on Fox News to discuss the state of the health care bill. Fox News Reporter Jon Scott asks him a load of questions, none of which he can give a clear answer to. Clyburn admits the Democrats do not currently have the votes but can't say that they will get them or if House Speaker Nancy Pelosi use a strategy to "deem" the bill passed without votes.

Scott makes the point that this whole charade likely looks bad to the American people, who have watched it for a year and still don't see a Democrat majority with enough votes to pass it.  It's just another example of a pro-health care bill Democrat admitting the Party is ready to do anything they can to secure votes.
