In late 2009, House Democrats crafted a health care bill behind closed doors, without letting Republicans or the public know about the details. The House Republican Conference created a video to demonstrate these shady tactics. After the bill narrowly passed the House, Senate Democrats did the exact same thing. Now, top Democrats are holding closed door meetings to finalize the details of the bill.

Despite the fact that President Obama promised multiple times that negotiations for a final health care bill would be televised on C-SPAN, the Administration has decided against it.
