On Tuesday, March 5, 2013, the House is scheduled to consider H.R. 668 under a suspension of the rules. The bill was introduced on February 13, 2013 by Rep. Luke Messer (R-IN) and referred to the Committee on the Budget.

H.R. 668 requires the President’s budget submission, in any year there is a projected deficit, to provide a calculation of the deficit per taxpayer.
