Sergeant Robert Barrett 21, of Fall River, Massachusetts; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 101st Field Artillery Regiment, Massachusetts National Guard, Fall River, Massachusetts; died April 19 near Kabul International Airport, Afghanistan, from injuries sustained in the explosion of an improvised explosive device while on dismounted patrol.

According to CBO, any costs related to new post office designations, which include the cost of changing the name on the building, signs, and maps, are not significant.
