H.Res. 60 resolves that the House of Representatives

Sam Bradford led the nation in touchdown passes in the 2008 season. He also surpassed the NCAA record for most touchdowns by a quarterback though his freshmen and sophomore years and led the nation in passing efficiency with a percentage of 186.28. Bradford guided Oklahoma University to a 12-1 season and played an integral role in taking them to the BCS National Championship game. Bradford is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma and a major in Finance.
